Senior Paid Social Manager (Marketing):
Planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel performance-driven paid social campaigns with an accent on data-backed strategy and cross-platform scalability. Focus on managing Meta, Tik Tok, and Linked In ad ecosystems, conducting A/B testing, and translating analytics into business growth.

Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid role: work from home on Mondays and Fridays).

• Manage end-to-end full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Pinterest.
• Develop and implement data-backed strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and analytics units to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Define success metrics and deliver structured reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Standardize internal workflows and automation practices to support campaign scalability.

• At least 3 years of experience as a paid social specialist.
• Proficiency in Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Pinterest advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of real-time bidding and campaign performance metrics.
• Completed degree in marketing, business, or media-related fields.
• Analytical mindset with professional experience in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong communication and coordination skills for client relationship management.

• German language proficiency.
• Experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Teads, Amazon) and Ad Servers.
• Knowledge of GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
• Automotive industry experience.
