Ntiva is seeking a Service Desk Technician to deliver first-line IT support remotely, based on EST hours. You will assist clients with VPN, remote desktop, and Office 365 tasks, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure reliable service.
The role requires at least 1 year in IT support, strong communication, and familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange Online. Occasional travel to центers of excellence may be needed;
