Life Long Medical Care in the Berkeley area seeks an EHR Support Analyst to assist staff and providers with technical and navigational EHR support, reducing workload and improving satisfaction for patients and staff.
You will troubleshoot issues, maintain EHR configurations, participate in change requests, collaborate with training and core teams, and travel to LLMC clinics as needed to deliver in-person support. A strong customer service background and EPIC EHR/Dentrix experience are preferred.
