Go-To-Market Ops Specialist (SaaS):
Optimizing inbound lead funnels and sales systems to improve operational efficiency with an accent on automation and data quality. Focus on implementing scalable sales tools, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and enabling sales teams to prioritize customer interactions.

Location:

Hybrid role requiring regular quarterly 5-day onsite sessions in Wrocław, Poland.

A software product company behind tools like Live Chat, Chat Bot, and Help Desk.

• Optimize and monitor inbound lead funnels for the sales team.
• Manage and integrate sales systems including Apollo, Salesforce, and Lean Data.
• Implement automations to reduce manual administrative tasks for sales reps.
• Maintain high data quality across all sales platforms.
• Create and document technical and operational processes.
• Facilitate collaboration between marketing, support, and partners to improve Go-To-Market workflows.

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS revenue or go-to-market operations.
• Strong experience administering SaaS tools and platforms.
• Track record of building and implementing effective automations.
• Strong understanding of the US B2B market.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Must be able to attend quarterly onsite work sessions in Wrocław, Poland.
