• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and business objectives related to cloud data platforms.
• Own and execute proof-of-value initiatives, ensuring successful validation of solutions and alignment with customer requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and address specific use cases.
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses to highlight cost savings and performance improvements.
• Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, guiding prospects and ensuring a strong technical win.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Capture customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Query, including best practices and optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions related to data platforms, cost optimization, or Fin Ops.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business value.
• Proven ability to build and present ROI-driven business cases to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and collaborating across multiple teams.
