IoT Country Partner Manager

In this position, you will orchestrate for Deutsche Telekom the country-specific ecosystem for local connectivity and connectivity-near IoT products in countries with usage restrictions for roaming. You know the country-specific circumstances and develop both the IoT business of Deutsche Telekom and the local IoT business with local partners.

As a Country Manager, you are responsible for countries or even a region, from which Deutsche Telekom integrates local connectivity and connectivity-near IoT products into its own offerings. You maintain contact with the relevant local partners (e.g., mobile operators, authorities, local Telekom units). At the same time, you act as an advocate for "local" interests within Deutsche Telekom.

As a Country Manager, you develop together with the partners in the countries approaches to expand the local and international business of Telekom in these countries. Besides identifying market potentials, it is particularly important to take into account legal requirements of all kinds, the capabilities of the (mobile) partners, and to implement corresponding processes.

As a Country Manager, you are end to end responsible for the definition and introduction of the product "localization" in all its forms based on the local input.

Your profile:

• Intercultural competence:
  You are experienced in dealing with other cultures and know the business world in other countries or regions.
• Business Development Methodology:
  You are experienced in the application of Business Development Methodologies (e.g., Business Model and Value Proposition Canvas, conducting customer experiments) and hypothesis-based work.
• E2E-Project
  
  Experience:
  
  You can show successes in the development of products that you have successfully accompanied from the conceptual phase to the market launch (Go-Live).
• Technical competence: A degree in Business Administration, Law, (Economics) Informatics or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your deep understanding of mobile technologies (NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G).
• Interface competence:
  You speak "business" with sales, "technology" with architects, and "benefit" with the customer.
• Languages:
  
  You speak fluently English, German, and a language from the region Latin America, Middle East, or Asia.
