As Field CTO – Localization, you will be the strategic and technical linchpin in shaping and executing AI-driven localization solutions for some of the world's most recognized global brands. You'll work side-by-side with client-facing teams and production leaders to design, present, and evolve intelligent globalization strategies that blend cutting-edge language AI with practical delivery excellence. This is a high-impact, client-centric role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, consulting, and execution.

• Shape Globalization Solutions:
  Collaborate with production, engineering, and client teams to design AI-driven localization and translation solutions tailored to enterprise needs, leveraging their successful AI Platform for Localization.
• Partner with Clients:
  Support sales and client success teams by participating in discovery sessions, solution architecture, and proposal development.
• Champion Innovation:
  Act as a thought leader across AI-based localization technologies, continuously exploring new tools and approaches to keep them ahead of the curve.
• Train and Enable:
  Elevate internal capabilities by sharing technical insights, best practices, and industry trends across cross-functional teams.
• Travel with

  Represent the company at client locations, industry events, and international team meetings as a senior technology advocate.

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of AI-based localization and translation technology
• Proven experience designing end-to-end globalization solutions for large-scale clients
• A history of influencing technical strategy without direct management responsibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you translate complexity into clarity
• Familiarity with TMS/CAT tools, machine translation engines, and automation frameworks
• Experience in pre-sales and strategic consulting for enterprise clients
• A passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI, NLP, and language data technologies
• A global mindset and willingness to travel internationally
