GovCIO is seeking a Service Desk Supervisor to lead the Office of Connected Care Help Desk (OCCHD) from a remote location in the United States. You will supervise Tier I–III support, onboard staff, and train users on video telehealth platforms.
You will drive SLA compliance, improve team performance, and collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining a culture of accountability. Some onsite time may be required for coordination and alignment.
