Service Now FSM Functional Consultant — Remote
Contract:
12+ months with possibility of extension. Pay range: $50 - $52/hr on W2.

Position SummaryJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Now FSM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst. You will work closely with developers, architects, and customer stakeholders to implement FSM solutions that will streamline field service operations in customers’ organization and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and lead requirements workshops for FSM module features around Work order management, Dispatcher workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Inventory management, Field agent mobile app, skills, and parts management.
- Document configuration requirements and user stories in the Agile Development module of Service Now; review data templates provided by customer stakeholders and guide data collection.
- Collaborate with Service Now Developers and QA Consultants to ensure that development and testing are conducted in accordance with the Statement of Work.
- Perform Functional Testing on the non-production instance before handing over to the QA Consultant for QA Testing; review and validate design and FRS deliverables.
- Provide training to customer SMEs on features of the Service Now FSM Module.
- Provide inputs to Project Manager on activities, risks, issues, and solutions.
- Demonstrate and validate that the system performs both functionally and technically in accordance with the configured setup.
- Ensure that scope deviation requests are documented and handed over to the Project Manager for discussion in Steering Committee.
- Participate in UAT with Customer stakeholders and drive test cases with the UAT testers.
- Document all defects during UAT and collaborate with the Technical Consultant for defect fixes and retesting.
- Experience implementing FSM module features including Work order management, Dispatcher workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Inventory management, Field agent mobile app, skills, and parts management.
- Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro; understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA);
Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM.
