GovCIO is seeking a Services Desk Supervisor to lead the OCCHD Help Desk for Veterans and VA Providers. You will oversee Tier I–III support, onboarding, troubleshooting, and mobile training for video telehealth platforms, driving SLA compliance and performance.
This remote-first role requires strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and experience in technical support. Occasional on-site in the US may be required to support operations and leadership initiatives.
