As an Engineer 3 you will design, develop and modify many different elements of technology. You will be required to understand advanced methods, theories and research techniques that establish ongoing direction and implementation of the technology vision and strategy. As a subject‑matter expert, you will represent your team positively within and outside the department, lead implementations, provide viable recommendations for new solutions, and offer instruction and guidance to less senior team members.

You will also collaborate with Architects to recommend architectural adjustments, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure compliance with established standards, processes and procedures.

EFM IT also has an opportunity for an experienced Engineer 3 – Salesforce who is responsible for assessing and responding to user requests for product support, evaluating business requests to determine feasibility, and developing Salesforce solutions. This role interprets end‑user business requirements to develop or modify technical design specifications, analyze software requirements for feasibility, participate in unit testing and QA testing, identify potential problems, and research options to minimize complexity.

• Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Service Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of Sales Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of API experience.
