Location: Bruce

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support high‑quality, customer‑focused digital marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement and lead generation for NHG Homes. The role involves maintaining digital channels, managing campaign delivery, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver day‑to‑day digital marketing activity across websites, microsites, portals, email and social media, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage and update NHG Homes websites and microsites, including SEO tasks such as metadata and keyword optimisation.
  • Prepare, edit and schedule email marketing campaigns using HTML templates and marketing platforms.
  • Create, publish and schedule social media content to support campaigns and drive audience engagement.
  • Support the set‑up, monitoring and optimisation of paid digital campaigns, including PPC, display and paid social.
  • Assist in projects that enhance the customer journey and the internal sales pipeline, applying digital expertise to create automation, AI and cross‑platform workflows.
  • Monitor and report on analytics (Google Analytics, Infinity tracking) to track performance, identify insights and support optimisation.
  • Support content creation, including video, imagery and written content for digital channels.
  • Manage website support tickets, track fixes and ensure compliance with consumer protection, data protection and advertising standards.
  • Follow all NHG and statutory policies, including health and safety and financial regulations.
  • Work in a hybrid pattern, spending at least two days a week in an office or community/site‑based setting; home working possible on other days depending on business needs.

You’re a proactive and creative digital marketer who enjoys working across multiple channels and campaigns. You’re comfortable balancing technical tasks with creative content production and are motivated by improving customer experience and driving measurable results. You naturally reflect NHG’s values and bring them to life through collaboration, problem‑solving and continuous improvement. You’re organised, detail‑focused and confident using digital tools to enhance performance and engagement.

Essential

Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a digital marketing environment, ideally supporting multiple campaigns or channels.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools and channels, including websites, social media, email, SEO and analytics.
  • Ability to write and proof engaging customer‑facing content.
  • Ability to use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare simple reports.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
  • A relevant digital marketing qualification (or working towards one).
Working arrangements

Hybrid: at least two days a week in an office, with the option to work from home on other days depending on business needs.
