IT Solutions Specialist – Build Technology That Helps People Succeed

We’re looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our innovative IT team in Nashville, TN.

In this role, you’ll partner with teams across more than 100 branch locations and our home offices to understand business needs, improve processes, and help design technology solutions that create a better experience for teammates, clients, and internal employees.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, workflows, and business needs.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document current and future-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, and solution recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and process optimization.
• Assist with the design, implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems and operational technology.
• Support software development initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver training, documentation, and change management support for new products and system enhancements.
• Provide exceptional support to our Ōninites (internal employees), teammates (our external employees), and clients.

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT Solutions, Business Systems, or similar technology-focused role.
• Experience using technology to solve business or operational challenges.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows or processes.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and systems implementation.
• Experience collaborating with software developers or engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and connecting business applications.
• Experience with no-code or low‑code automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A customer‑first mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
