Location: Bernalillo
Sandoval County is seeking an IT Support Technician in Bernalillo, NM to provide end-user technical support and ticket-based issue resolution. You will troubleshoot software and hardware, set up workstations and phones, and assist with mobile devices and remote access tools.
The role requires familiarity with Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and VPN/VoIP technologies, with additional duties including backup monitoring and user training. Evening/weekend work may be required.
