360dialog is seeking a customer support professional to join our remote, globally distributed team. You will handle tickets, chat, email, and online meetings, collaborating with L2 support to resolve Whats App API issues and guide partners through the Whats App Business ecosystem.
With 3–4 years in support and a STEM degree, you will troubleshoot, communicate with Meta representatives, and work with EMEA onboarding and commercial teams.
