  • Drive measurable impact through increased AI adoption, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced internal AI maturity.
  • Contribute to Thomson Reuters' thought leadership through customer‑facing content, events, and advisory boards.
  • Pursue self‑directed projects that align with Customer Success goals and advance organizational innovation.
  • Travel may be required based on business needs.
About You

  • 2+ years of experience at a top law firm or top legal department.
  • Expertise in transactional legal practice on one or more of: mergers & acquisitions, capital markets / securities, credit / finance, or other corporate transactions.
  • Demonstrable experience with generative AI applications and understanding of large language model (LLM) architecture and operation.
  • Substantial experience using online legal research and practice tools for corporate attorneys.
  • Excellence in communicating technical concepts and creating clear documentation, learning materials, and persuasive presentations for non‑technical audiences.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset – you simplify ambiguous challenges, embrace experimentation, and view setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Current knowledge of emerging AI research, industry trends, and critical thinking about risks, opportunities, and societal impact.
It would be nice if
  • You have prior experience at a technology company or in the industry.
  • You are interested in finance or economics.
  • You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You have prior experience or background in computer programming, but note this is not a development role.
