Location: Spokane Valley
Nooks is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our remote team supporting PST customers. You will apply your technical expertise to resolve issues and help users get the most value from Nooks.
As an early team member, you will shape support processes, build a knowledge base, and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to prevent future roadblocks. This role requires 3+ years of experience, proficiency with Slack and live chat, and a self-driven attitude.
