Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Voice of Customer Researcher to join the Experience Design team in a remote role. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into insights that inform product roadmaps and experience strategy.
You will analyze structured and unstructured data, monitor KPIs (NPS, CSAT, CES), design surveys in Qualtrics, and create dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
