General Dynamics - IT seeks a Cloud Program Manager to support the VA Enterprise Cloud Brokerage Service. The role is primarily remote with requirement to live within 60 miles of DC or Falls Church, VA, and travel to VA facilities nationwide 4x/year. Start expected in November 2026.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, 10+ years IT program management, 5+ years in large cloud contracts ($20M+ annual), PMP or ITIL v4 Foundation, and experience with federal cloud modernization and compliance.
