Strategic Project Lead

Role Responsibilities- Own the project end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy.
- Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manage a team of human data managers & leads reviewing the tasks of experts.
- Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive projects.
- Work with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs.
- Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
- Have strong relevant experience in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
- Have strong relevant experience in a leadership role, driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects, or optimizing workflows.
- Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly.
