GovCIO is seeking a Service Desk Supervisor to lead the OCCHD Help Desk across Tier I–III, driving SLA compliance and continuous improvement. This remote-first role supports Veterans and VA Providers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and training for video telehealth platforms.
