GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Manager to serve as a Team Lead for projects, including acting as Scrum Master. This role is remote with occasional travel to DC and is based in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area.
You will manage scrum boards, groom PBIs, and ensure delivery while identifying risks, coordinating tasks, and maintaining quality across SDLC artifacts. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience plus a Public Trust clearance are required.
