Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Staff UX Designer, Design Systems to own strategy, craft, and execution of Clearwater's design system. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that sets vision for the system, builds components and tokens, and drives adoption across product teams.
You'll report to the VP, Head of UX and partner with engineering leadership to ensure token pipelines, accessibility, and on-brand UI across dense enterprise interfaces.
