What you’ll do- Design and operate multi-region EKS/GKE clusters with Git Ops (Argo/Flux).
- Codify infrastructure in Terraform and Pulumi; enforce policy as code.
- Run the on-call rotation and reduce toil through automation.
- 4+ years running production Kubernetes at scale.
- Strong Terraform, cloud networking and IAM.
- Instinct for cost, blast radius and error budgets.
- Cloudflare Workers experience
- Fully remote in Finland
- €4,000 learning budget
- Sabbatical after 4 years
