** location, you will support and maintain the technology systems that keep production running efficiently, including computer systems, network equipment, manufacturing technology, and end-user devices. If you have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or network issues and are passionate about delivering hands-on technical support, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant operations and business success.
** AS A MANUFACTURING IT SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST, YOU WILL:
*** Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and plant network infrastructure.
* Support production and manufacturing systems by resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance issues.
* Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure reliable performance of manufacturing technology and business systems.
* Deliver technical support to plant personnel, manage help desk requests, and train users on approved technology solutions.
* Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts, including user access management, security monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
* Assist with IT projects, asset management, system upgrades, equipment installations, and deployment of new technologies.

* SCHEDULE:

** This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. This position works a first-shift schedule with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Occasional support outside of normal working hours, including second-shift coverage, may be required based on business needs.
** REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

*** Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
* Two (2)+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Experience supporting printers, scanners, wireless networks, and industrial devices.
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
* Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
