Are you passionate about shaping innovative digital products that drive real impact? Get Response is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we are continually looking to expand our product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. This is where you come in! We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager who will play a critical role in driving the strategy and roadmap for a crucial part of our product – contact management.

You will serve as a liaison between the business side and the development team so that the business requirements are successfully translated into product development.

Main tasks
  • own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
  • partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support multiple product areas
  • translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans
  • collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives
  • prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health
  • drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams
  • make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives
You may be the perfect fit if you have
  • at least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams
  • good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture
  • experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies
  • fluent Polish (working with Polish-speaking engineering teams)
  • English at B2/C1 level (minimum B2)

  • strategic mindset with the ability to connect platform initiatives to broader business and product goals
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • experience working with quality assurance processes and ensuring platform reliability
  • knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and system efficiency
  • experience working with complex, distributed SaaS platforms
Salary range
  • contract of employment: 10 000 - 17 000 PLN gross/month
  • B2B contract: 607 - 1014 PLN MD/nett
