At NORY, we design learning journeys where children ages 3-12 become risk‑taking entrepreneurs, inquisitive problem‑solvers, and empathetic leaders. The Automation Consultant will ensure our program management systems run smoothly and efficiently by designing and maintaining automated workflows with Airtable and Zapier.

• Take full ownership of program management systems, ensuring peak efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows in Airtable and Zapier.
• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to understand business problems and define automated solutions.

• Extensive experience with Airtable and Zapier automation projects.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects, with clear documentation of role and outcomes.
• Track record of solving business problems through automation.
• Ability to work with large record sets, complex automations, and diverse integrations.
• Quantifiable impact metrics (e.g., hours saved, error rates reduced).
• Passion for partnering with the NORY team and supporting children’s learning experiences.
