Envolve Community Management is seeking a Yardi Support Specialist to work remotely full-time. You will provide technical and customer support, troubleshoot Yardi software issues, and communicate effectively with the Yardi Support team and users.
Essential duties include triaging tickets, resolving the majority of issues, documenting solutions, and testing new Yardi releases. Travel to properties and offices may be required; strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.
