About the role:
Decisions are only as good as the information they are based on. We are looking for a self-driven Data Analyst to provide the answers to business and product questions from our data. You will be part of the new Data and Insights team, together with a Data Engineer to bring our business insights to the Nect level. Your job is to make sure the KPI we look at are meaningful and correct, as well as to support Product and Business functions with insights for key decisions.
You are responsible for:
- Translate business and product needs to queries to data to enable data-driven decisions
- Build, maintain, and automate a modern presentation layer with live dashboards and periodic reports
- Own data and KPI definitions
- Identify and fulfill data needs for the organization through actionable data and visualizations
- Work closely with our Data Engineer to ensure our insights scale with our ambitions
You bring with you:
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or BI context
- Proven track records of successful data analytics
- Deep knowledge about best practices in KPI design and data visualization
- Excellent SQL and Python skills
- Familiarity with common BI tools and their capabilities and limitations
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and German
