Open Positions Current Opportunities Help Desk Technician (Tier 1/2) — Full-TimeProvide front-line technical support to client end users via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; elevate complex issues to senior engineers.

Design, implement, and maintain client network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems. Support security configurations and troubleshooting for managed clients.
