• Responsibility for the management and coordination of complex IT projects
• Advisory services to customers and responsibility for the customer-oriented implementation of projects
• Responsibility for budget, deadlines, success, and contractual implementation of projects
• Coordination and management of the project team
• Coaching of project staff
• Escalation management and conflict resolution in case of problems within the project

• Completed studies or equivalent training with professional experience
• Experience in the hospital sector, especially in the management of IT projects would be ideal
• Business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoyment of project management and project management tools
• Basic knowledge of contract law (experience in the contractual implementation of projects)
• Interest in the technical leadership of employees and in the management of project teams
• Open, communicative, and positive nature
• Self-confident and sovereign demeanor
• Good analytical skills
• Travel readiness in the amount of 4-6 days per month
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking complete your profile
