Mosaic Health, LLC. is seeking a Manager, Cloud Architecture to translate enterprise cloud strategy into day-to-day execution. You will lead a six-to-seven engineer team across systems, network, and identity, owning Azure operations, Fin Ops and IAM governance to ensure HIPAA-aligned security and cost efficiency.
You will partner with the Director to drive platform health, automate delivery, and coordinate with network and security teams in a remote-capable, HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment.
