Client Success Manager

Acumen Technology is looking for confident and passionate Client Success Manager to join our team. We want professionals that understand that the client’s experience is as important as knowing the right buttons to press, and that you can have fun while you work.

Based out of the Music City, Nashville, TN, Acumen Technology is a leading IT Managed Services Provider focusing on financial institutions, healthcare, and other industries that are serious about security and doing IT right. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Scheduling and leading regular Strategic Technology Review meetings with assigned clients
• Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns and issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects.
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of client success processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base.

• Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for customer success.
