Job Description
This job is responsible for the delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and/or metadata management, providing support and technical leadership for platforms and operations. Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement. Job expectations include interacting with senior leaders, providing support and technical expertise for supported platforms.
- Candidate will be working with the Customer Marketing & Insights decision platforms team who are responsible for the automation of business strategies across the Marketing technology ecosystem, Insights Engine.
- Candidate will participate in project meetings, will be responsible for creating designs which meet business objectives and configuring the decision engine accordingly.
- During the project testing cycle, candidate will support teams with testing related questions and triage as needed.
- This job is responsible for implementing business strategies into the various decision engines within the Marketing ecosystem, Insights Engine.
- Key responsibilities will include applying business area knowledge, using strong analytical skills and technical-related topics to configure decision engine with appropriate logic required to meet strategic business objectives.
- Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Product, Marketing, Risk and Technology teams.
- Experience with various decision engines such as Power Curve, SAS, Pega, Blaze, ODM or similar
- SQL, Python, SAS or other programming experience
- General understanding of system integration protocols, and/or direct Agile Delivery experience

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $ - $ annualized salary. This role is eligible for discretionary incentive and an annual discretionary award based on overall individual performance.
