Solution Architect​/SaaS​/SAP Success Factors​/Remote

As a Solution Architect for the Talent Acquisition Transformation project, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our end-to-end business processes and systems, creating a model-based enterprise with a fully integrated digital thread throughout the product lifecycle.

This position will be responsible for translating requirements into a solution design, creating the architecture diagram, participating in design sessions, and documenting the solution design to include integrations, data flow, and application modules. This position will also be responsible for articulating the overall technical vision for this TA solution, working collaboratively as part of an Agile team.

This role works a 4x10 schedule (every Friday off) and is scoped as full time telecommute (Remote), although alignment to a major Lockheed Martin facility is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

• Significant experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Architecture framework, architecture systems evaluation, risk analysis and management, fit-gap analysis
• SaaS / Web-based software and solution delivery and implementation experience (system and platform)
• Knowledge of SAP HCM
• Proven communication and teaming skills
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• US Citizenship

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
