Karius is seeking a Sr. Clinical Data Scientist to architect the real‑world evidence registry, design and operate EHR data extraction pipelines, and translate clinical requirements into structured data for biostatistics and clinical development.
You will collaborate with Epic Clarity teams, ensure data quality across sites, build a reproducible data model, and apply standards like OMOP CDM, HL7 FHIR, SNOMED, ICD-10, and LOINC to harmonize multi‑site data for analyses.
