Oracle CC&B Test Lead
Location:
Remote - USA PST Time zone

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC&B Test Lead to lead testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, test strategy, functional and automation testing, defect management, and leading QA teams in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end testing for Oracle CC&B implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
- Define test strategy, test plans, and testing schedules.
- Review and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design, execute, and oversee functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, and project managers throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution.
- Lead offshore/onshore QA teams and monitor testing progress.
- Ensure quality standards, test coverage, and timely project delivery.
- Prepare test metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
- 8+ years of QA/Testing experience with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
- Strong experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
- Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Experience in Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrade projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Utility domain (Electric, Gas, or Water).
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM/Quality Center.
- Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Framework (OUAF).
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium or UFT.
- Experience with Oracle CCS, C2M, MDM, or related Oracle Utilities products.
- API and web services testing experience.
- Utility industry certifications are a plus.
