Earnix Architect / Specialist
Location – San Antonio, or Plano, TX- USA
- Remote is Fine
Duration: 1+ year contract
Must-Have Skills
- 10–15 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with Earnix architecture for P&C pricing/rating
- Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform
- Deep expertise in model onboarding, production change governance, and deployment controls
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle controls (versioning, approvals, audit traceability)
- Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Pricing/Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Data, and Risk
- Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Model Ops / MLOps patterns for model monitoring and governance
- Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience
Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
