Senior Service Now Technical Consultant / Developer in Committed Capacity
The Senior Service Now Technical Consultant / Developer in Committed Capacity is responsible for executing complex development tasks, providing mentorship to junior staff, and contributing to the technical strategy of one or more client accounts. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Service Now platform and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions that align with best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Service Now experience
Experience working for a Service Now Partner- good to have but not a requirement
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
2+ additional CIS certifications
5+ micro-certifications
Strong understanding of multiple Service Now modules and scripting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Led or contributed significantly to 2 or more client implementations or sustained support efforts
Strong problem-solving / troubleshooting skillset with a proven record of success
Responsibilities:
Develop and configure custom Service Now solutions within client instances
Participate in scoping sessions and propose solutions aligned with best practices
Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and deliver technical outcomes
Conduct code / development reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
Ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with Service Now standards & best practices
Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in current processes, flows, or scripts
Support documentation, deployment, upgrade and transition efforts
Act as a subject matter expert in assigned modules or technical areas
Contribute to continuous improvement within the Committed Capacity team
