The Workforce Learning team is responsible for the creation, delivery, and oversight of technical training provided at Raytheon including skills and performance training, safety training, and compliance training. This role will focus on instructional design and development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in adult learning theory, have advanced Articulate Storyline skills, have fundamental skills with Adobe applications including Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Expertise with SharePoint is desirable. Use software to design and develop engaging and interactive instructor-led and web-based training. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create meaningful training experiences. Manage effective relationships with customers, peers, and leaders while performing all tasks related to training design, development, deployment, and evaluation. Lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials.

Follow all internal processes and meet quality gates in all training projects. Demonstrate effective project management skills. Work collaboratively with a variety of people and departments who sometimes have conflicting priorities. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructional design in a large corporate environment and a portfolio of work that demonstrates software and adult learning theory competence.

Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
