Careforth, founded in Boston, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead predictive modeling, NLP, and AI initiatives across our caregiver support platform. You will take models from prototype to production in regulated environments, influencing care teams, health plan partners, and program leaders.
You will design end-to-end ML solutions, build NLP/LLM pipelines, ensure HIPAA compliance, mentor juniors, and collaborate with data engineering to establish scalable MLOps.
