Hartford Health Care is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist users with intermediate to advanced infrastructure questions, hardware, software, and network issues. You will provide first and second level support, document incidents, and escalate as needed.
Remote work opportunities exist at management's discretion. Successful candidates will have 2–4 years IT education, strong PC hardware knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft OS, Citrix, Epic, Kronos, Cisco VPN, and ITSM tools.
