Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 / hour (max)
Cella is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our client, a leading organization in healthcare services and products. If you thrive on bringing digital assets to life, love optimizing user experiences, and have a strong foundation in Content Management Systems, this role is for you! You will act as a digital subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize impactful marketing assets.
Responsibilities- Asset Creation & Maintenance:
Building and maintaining digital marketing assets, including templated banners, landing pages, and messages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Subject Matter Expertise:
Serving as the go-to SME for AEM and other core digital marketing tools. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partnering with marketing teams to translate project requirements into effective digital solutions, and aligning on-site user experiences with broader omnichannel marketing strategies. - Request & Project Management:
Triaging and managing incoming production requests in Workfront, ensuring timely completion, strict adherence to brand standards, and proper task tracking. - Optimization & Tracking:
Partnering with stakeholders to ensure revenue tracking functions correctly, while optimizing content for SEO and the overall user experience. - Workflow Enhancement:
Reviewing, documenting, and improving existing workflows to elevate execution standards across internal teams and vendor partners. - Troubleshooting:
Actively diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to digital content display and functionality.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Professional
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content management is preferred. - CMS Expertise:
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly preferred, though comparable CMS experience will be accepted. - Optimization Tools:
Hands-on experience utilizing Adobe Target for digital optimization and personalization. - Project Management Tools:
Strong project management skills, with professional experience using Workfront and familiarity with Jira (or similar tracking systems). - Technical & SEO
Skills:
A solid foundational understanding of HTML and CSS, alongside a strong knowledge of SEO best practices. - Core Competencies:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain a sharp attention to detail, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. - Industry Compliance:
Prior exposure to working within a regulated, compliance-driven environment is a major plus (the team is flexible on industry background and willing to train on specific protocols).
