Roche is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide customer assistance across our 24/7 call center. The role is remote with an initial training period in Indianapolis, IN, and requires flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with quarterly scheduling.
You will analyze basic problems with electro/mechanical equipment, software, or reagents, act as the primary liaison between Roche and customers, and suggest corrective actions while contributing to ongoing quality improvements.
