Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives.
• Manage project plans, delivery timelines, sprint execution, and work allocation.
• Coordinate activities across Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and QA resources.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.
• Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and business adoption.

• Lead development and support of enterprise data pipelines and integrations.
• Oversee data ingestion from multiple source systems into Databricks.
• Manage development of Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer datasets.
• Review Source-to-Target mappings and transformation logic.
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance of data solutions.
• Drive adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

• Lead development of semantic models and Power BI reporting solutions.
• Ensure consistency of business KPIs, measures, and reporting logic.
• Support dashboard development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate report enhancements and analytics backlog delivery.
• Promote reusable and scalable reporting solutions across business domains.
