The RoleWe are looking for a skilled and passionate
Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer
with deep hands-on experience in
GCC and GCC High environments
. In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure for government-focused tenants — ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence across every engagement.
This is a hybrid position based out of our
Sterling, VA
office, with flexibility for remote work.
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments with a focus on GCC and GCC High compliance requirements
- Configure and maintain identity, access management, and data protection across government tenants (Entra , Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, Purview)
- Implement security policies, Zero Trust controls, and compliance frameworks aligned to CMMC, NIST, and FedRAMP standards
- Troubleshoot complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure issues with urgency and precision
- Support migration projects and optimize the environment performance, reliability, and security posture
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers to deliver scalable, secure solutions
- Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer
- Stay current with Microsoft 365, Azure, and government cloud compliance best practices
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365, Azure, and GCC/GCC High environments
— this is a must - Strong problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical teams and customer stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert - Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate - CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) or similar government compliance certification is a bonus
