Air Info Sec is seeking a Business Analyst for the Maverics Team Support for Success project with the Mississippi Department of Human Services. This remote position requires onsite training in Jackson, MS for six weeks, then remote work thereafter.
The BA will manage help desk issues, diagnose software problems, and document incidents in JIRA and data logs to support data conversion efforts. Strong communication and critical-thinking skills are essential.
