Minted is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to champion the technical needs of our growing business, delivering world-class support. You will proactively triage issues, act as a conduit to the IT team, and manage high-volume provisioning of macOS and Windows systems via Ninja One, while leveraging SSO with Okta and Google Workspace.
The role requires on-site work in San Francisco on Tue–Thu and remote work Mon–Fri, with occasional on-site for project needs.
