In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to the integration of franchise data and systems into our organizational information systems. Your work will involve turning data into actionable insights that drive educational and business decisions. You'll manage franchise applications, oversee data transfer, integration, storage, and reporting, and ensure seamless operations across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the integration of new applications into existing network infrastructure.
- Support capacity planning and develop long-term strategic goals for systems and software.
- Ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements and compliance standards.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of existing systems and suggest improvements.
- Evaluate and deploy new applications and systems software across the enterprise.
- Resolve application and software issues to ensure mission-critical systems are operational.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth system tests and end-user reviews.
- Monitor system performance and provide necessary log files.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database administration.
- Experience with relational database servers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write queries, reports, and present findings effectively.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT operations.
- Experience in the optical industry.
