Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver onsite and remote IT infrastructure support on university campuses in New Jersey. You will respond to outages, configure and install hardware, and help customers maintain secure, reliable networks in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.
The role requires 1–3 years of Windows/Mac OS support, ticketing experience (Service Now preferred), and knowledge of AD, imaging tools, and Office 365.
